Revert "Rename texture.createTextureView to createView to match WebGPU"
This reverts commit 6f0b021dbf.
Reason for revert: breaks compilation on https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/ci/GPU%20FYI%20Linux%20Builder%20%28dbg%29/62003
