Fix VulkanImageWrappingUsageTests.ClearImageAcrossDevicesAliased
In Vulkan, importing memory by file descriptor takes ownership of the file descriptor. It is necessary to dup it in ClearImageAcrossDevicesAliased because the texture is imported twice. This fixes these tests on SwiftShader.
