Roll ANGLE from be3d7e6b6a76 to 36296928ed7d (1 revision)

2023-04-06 geofflang@chromium.org Mark RGBX and BGRX formats as having 8 unused bits.

If this roll has caused a breakage, revert this CL and stop the roller
using the controls here:

is aware of the problem.
