Bug fixes for VulkanImageWrappingTestsDmaBuf
VulkanImageWrappingTestsOpaqueFD already has the same fixes, but sadly didn't get applied to VulkanImageWrappingTestsDmaBuf. DawnTest::Setup() and TearDown() are missing so the device isn't initialized. The expected values in CopyTextureToBufferSrcSync are wrong.
