Add parsing of shorter stage attributes.
This CL adds the ability to parse the `@compute`, `@fragment` and `@vertex` attrbutes. The `@stage(...)` are still accepted and are not marked as deprecated yet. Most tests are still using `@stage(..)` except for a testing one.
