tint: Lex three types of integer literal

Generate different tokens for:
• 'i' suffixed integer literals
• 'u' suffixed integer literals
• no-suffix integer literals

'i' and no-suffix are currently both treated as i32, but this is the
first step to supporting abstract integers.
