Fix wrong declaration in BufferZeroInitTest.BoundAsReadonlyStorageBuffer
This patch fixes a wrong buffer type declaration in the shader used in BufferZeroInitTest.BoundAsReadonlyStorageBuffer. In this test the buffer should be bound as a read-only storage buffer, so it should be declared as var<storage, read> instead of var<storage, read_write>.
