Antonio Maiorano	bbbb0edec2	Move global var validation from Validator to Resolver ... * Moved global variable resolving logic to new function Resolver::GlobalVariable, and moved validation logic there. * Moved global variable-related tests to resolver tests. * Fixed many tests that started failing after this change, mainly because many globals were declared with no storage class. I set most of these to "Input". Ben Clayton	2c41f4fbdf	Resolver: Split tests into multiple files ... Try and make sense of the huge number of tests we have. Rename tests so they have a consistent naming style.
