1fa6f5ce9b resolver: Validate calls to void callables 
Calls to functions and intrinsics that do not return a value must only be used by a call statement.

71786c99b3 resolver: Validate pipline stage use for intrinsics 
Use the new [[stage()]] decorations in intrinsics.def to validate that intrinsics are only called from the correct pipeline stages.
