- To be used for pipeline cache testing. - Plumbs overriding the platform to the adapters for testing. - Restructures build a little bit so that the test infrastructure can have full access to dawn native internals. Also differentiates end2end and white_box a bit more to make it clear that end2end should not have access to dawn native internals.
