- skip dumping due to SPIR-V Tools validation error for Location
  conflicts for IO variables duplicated on an OpEntryPoint interface
  list (SPIRV-Tools issue #4403)
- Skip dumping for unit test for conversion of RelaxedPrecision
  decoration.
