Adds label tracking for: - CommandBuffer - CommandEncoder - ComputePassEncoder - RenderBundleEncoder - RenderPassEncoder It's not clear to me if these structures have labelable equivalents in D3D12 or Vulkan, so no changes were made to the individual backends.
