David Neto 680900a9ca Fix dawn.node compilation 
Fix the use of DawnTogglesDeviceDescriptor.
The dawn.node GPUAdaptor binindg code is already in the wgpu namespace
so use DawnTogglesDeviceDescriptor directly instead of prefixing
it with wgpu::
