Lioncash 1cb289f243 RuntimeCommon: Normalize cpp inclusions
Normalizes the headers for the cpp files in the RuntimeCommon target.
Now all headers and source files within the RuntimeCommon/RuntimeCommonB
targets are normalized and consistent with one another.
