Reinhold Gschweicher 4dca8f7fb4 SDL2 thread proxying fixes
This PR uses new APIs added in [emscripten-core/emscripten#9336](https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/pull/9336)
to improve compatibility with USE_PTHREADS=1.
