Add support for override keyword and @id attribute This replaces the @override keyword that was previously used for pipeline-overridable constants. Support for pipeline-overridable constants in Dawn is hidden behind the "disallow-unsafe-APIs" toggle, so we can make this change directly instead of deprecating and continuing to support the old syntax. writer/spirv: Fix [[override]] for zero-init defaults These expressions were not emitted as spec-ops, failing new CTS tests. Update src/tint unittests to new @stage format. This CL updates all of the Tint unittests to the new @stage shorter syntax. This also updates the WGSL writer to emit the new short forms instead of using the deprecated form.
