88097989d0 Implement 3D texture copy splitter on D3D12: preparation
This change mainly is a preparation for 3D texture copy splitter,
which will be based on 2D texture copy splitter and then revise
or recompute incorrect copy regions if needed.

The change itself mainly rename some variables and comments and
distiguish 3D texture copies from 2D (array) texture copies. For
example, term slice is changed to layer if it only refers to layer
slices in 2D textures and it is not shared by depth slices in 3D
textures.

e8c271dab7 Rename some data structures in TextureCopySplitter
The change renames Texture2DCopySplit and copies2D to
TextureCopySubresource and copySubresources respectively.
Because they are not used for 2D only.

I didn't change Texture2DCopySplit to TextureCopySplit in order
to reflect its meaning and distinguish it from TextureCopySplits.
TextureCopySubresource is a collection of copy regions for either a
single layer of a 1D/2D texture or all depth slices on the same
mip level of a 3D texture (They are exactly what subresources are).

It also renames function ComputeTextureCopySplit to
ComputeTextureCopySubresource, and a couple similar renaming.

3e8f3f9609 Implement 3D texture copy on D3D12 backend: copy to entire 3DTexture
This is the first patch to implement 3D texture copy. It starts with
implementation for 3D texture copy on D3D12 backend with the simplest
case: copy to the entire 3D texture. And texture's width is aligned
with 256 bytes.

The implementation for 3d texture copy might be inaccurate/incorrect
in some functions for complicated cases. But don't panic. The previous
implementation is also incorrect because many functions assumes that
we are copying to/from 2D textures only. And I will incrementally fix
the incorrect functions via upcoming tests for 3d texture copy.

c53ea046a6 Don't use depth offset in TextureCopySplitter
Remove usage of the depth offset in TextureCopySplitter. Because there
is no slice pitch alignment requirement, it is simpler to express the
subresource footprint with just width and height. Fixes incorrect copies
when using WriteTexture on a texture with 64 or less width.

3b17f0bde8 Optimize B2T and T2B copies with multiple texture layers on D3D12
This patch optimizes the implementation of buffer-to-texture and
texture-to-buffer computations on D3D12 backends by computing
TextureCopySplits once for all the 2D texture array layers in the
copy instead of computing it once per layer. You can see the
comments in the function D3D12::ComputeTextureCopySplits() for more
details.

1546bfbdec Precompute all the Formats at Device creation in the FormatTable
This is needed for two reasons:
 - TextureBase and TextureViewBase stored Formats by value which isn't too
much overhead at this time but will get bigger in the future.
 - The OpenGL backends needs its own GLFormat structure to store data about
each format which will eventually contain complicated logic to detect
support in the GL driver so it shouldn't be duplicated in Textures.

The computations of the information about Format is moved from being done
whenever they are needed to being precomputed at DeviceBase initialization.
This makes each format have a constant "index" in that can be used in the
backends to address their own structure, for example a GLFormat table.

Also some DeviceBase pointers were made const for validation.

3392b200c6 Support BC5 formats on D3D12
This patch adds the support of BC5 formats on D3D12 backend. On D3D12,
the "rowPitch" refers to the number of bytes in a row of blocks (which
covers up to 4 scanlines at once) for the textures in BC formats.

This patch also adds the related end2end tests for four typical cases of
B2T and T2B copies on D3D12:
(1) copyBytesPerRowPitch + byteOffsetPerRowPitch <= rowPitch and
    texelOffset.y == 0
(2) copyBytesPerRowPitch + byteOffsetPerRowPitch <= rowPitch and
    texelOffset.y > 0
(3) copyBytesPerRowPitch + byteOffsetPerRowPitch > rowPitch
(4) texelOffset.z > 0
