Ben Clayton	e0a560c8da	transform: Don't consider type-ctor/casts as having side-effects RemovePhonies was transforming: _ = f32(1) _ = vec2<f32>(1.0, 2.0) into: f32(1) vec2<f32>(1.0, 2.0) Which the resolver gets grumpy about, as these are expressions, not statements.
