Brandon Jones 58a471ae25 Add ability to generate typedefs from dawn.json ... Can be used to help with deprecation during simple struct renames. Includes typedefs for VertexAttributeDescriptor -> VertexAttribute and VertexBufferLayoutDescriptor -> VertexBufferLayout as specified by the latest RenderPipelineDescriptor changes.
