Enable MultisampledRenderingWithDepthTest on Windows Intel Vulkan
Now MultisampledRenderingWithDepthTest can pass on Windows Intel Vulkan drivers with the fix in https://dawn-review.googlesource.com/c/dawn/+/6640.
