But keep a namespace alias to avoid breaking project that depend on the
previous namespace name while they get updated.
Done with through the following steps:
- git grep -l dawn_native:: | xargs sed -i "" "s/dawn_native::/dawn::native::/g"
- git grep -l "namespace dawn_native" | xargs sed -i "" "s/namespace dawn_native/namespace dawn::native/g"
- git cl format
- Manual fixups in generator/templates (and the addition of
namespace_case in dawn_json_generator.py).
- The addition of the namespace alias in DawnNative.h

This introduces CommandAllocator::AcquireCommandBlocks, which accepts a
vector of CommandAllocators and flattens them into a single iterable
sequence of commands. To support this, CommandAllocator is made movable.

Command buffers hold references to all encoded objects. Freeing them
eagerly significantly reduces the amount memory held before the JS GC
clears the command buffers.

It was essentially checking "currentPtr + commandSize <= endPtr" and
commandSize could make currentPtr overflow, making the comparison
succeed when it shouldn't have. This was caught through flakiness of the
LargeCommands allocator test.
Added a test provoking an overflow in Allocate and checking nullptr is
returned.

This directory used to contain both the state tracking code for the
backends, and the common utilities that could be used both by the
backends and the rest of the code. Things are now:
- src/common is utility code for the whole repo
- src/backend contains libNXT's code
- src/utils is utility code that we don't want in libNXT
This commit also changes all includes to use global paths from src/
bacause it had to touch a bunch of #include statements anyway.
