IAnimReader: Make use of size_t for capacity and iterators

Allows using container sizes and capacities without needing to cast
them, allowing for dehardcoding of array sizes in some scenarios.

RuntimeCommon: Normalize cpp inclusions
...
Normalizes the headers for the cpp files in the RuntimeCommon target.
Now all headers and source files within the RuntimeCommon/RuntimeCommonB
targets are normalized and consistent with one another.
