5c21e48920 Migrate to DolphinCGraphics impl & cleanup old code
aurora now uses the original model buffers, but
byteswapped. Migrates over to the updated impl.

f74c2d446f CEnvFxManager: Remove mutable keywords where applicable
We can just make the relevant functions non-const to remove the use of
mutable here.

d9a9e0f51e CEnvFxManager: Take std::vector by value and std::move
Same behavior, but allows calling code to move into the parameter,
avoiding copies.

06789d1860 General: Normalize several headers' include paths
Normalizes the include paths and makes them consistent. Also adds any
missing includes relevant to the interface.
